By using KasiBid, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm other users or the marketplace.
Users are responsible for keeping account details accurate and for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, fair pricing, real images where possible, and truthful contact details. Fake, misleading, stolen, or prohibited items may be removed.
Hosts are responsible for running live auctions fairly, clearly communicating reserve expectations where applicable, and honoring accepted outcomes in good faith.
Buyers should review listing details carefully, communicate responsibly, and take sensible precautions before making payments, meeting sellers, or collecting goods.
KasiBid may suspend accounts, remove listings, cancel auctions, or restrict access where fraud, abuse, policy breaches, or safety concerns are identified.
Ratings and reports must be made honestly. Abuse of the reporting or review system may lead to moderation action.
KasiBid provides marketplace infrastructure but is not the direct buyer, seller, delivery party, or payment party in transactions between users. Users remain responsible for their own transactions, decisions, payment arrangements, item checks, collection, and communication.
If a buyer does not pay, does not arrive, cancels late, or if a seller does not deliver, KasiBid is not automatically liable for that private transaction outcome. We may help with moderation tools, reports, or account action where appropriate, but the deal itself remains between the users involved.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
