Using the platform

By using LokshinBid, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm other users or the marketplace.

User accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account details accurate and for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

Listings and seller responsibility

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, fair pricing, real images where possible, and truthful contact details. Fake, misleading, stolen, or prohibited items may be removed.

Live auctions

Hosts are responsible for running live auctions fairly, clearly communicating reserve expectations where applicable, and honoring accepted outcomes in good faith.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers should review listing details carefully, communicate responsibly, and take sensible precautions before making payments, meeting sellers, or collecting goods.

Moderation rights

LokshinBid may suspend accounts, remove listings, cancel auctions, or restrict access where fraud, abuse, policy breaches, or safety concerns are identified.

Ratings and reports

Ratings and reports must be made honestly. Abuse of the reporting or review system may lead to moderation action.

Platform role

LokshinBid provides marketplace infrastructure but is not the direct buyer, seller, delivery party, or payment party in transactions between users. Users remain responsible for their own transactions, decisions, payment arrangements, item checks, collection, and communication.

Payments, no-shows, and failed deals

If a buyer does not pay, does not arrive, cancels late, or if a seller does not deliver, LokshinBid is not automatically liable for that private transaction outcome. We may help with moderation tools, reports, or account action where appropriate, but the deal itself remains between the users involved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
